Placing Orders
Our shopping cart system is completely secure and accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. .
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to Idaho will be charged a 6% sales tax. Due to ongoing changes in state sales tax rates, calculation errors may occur. If you feel we have miscalculated the sales tax on your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will remedy the situation.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped from Detroit Lakes, MN within 3-4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Shipping options are UPS or FedEx, which you may choose at time of checkout.
Gift Wrapping
For a $5 charge, we will gladly gift wrap and ship to the gift recipient. At the Shop Online page add Gift Wrapping to the shopping cart. You may include any special instructions in the comments box during check out.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days after receiving it. All returns must be unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging to qualify for an exchange or refund. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note, olivia helen™ will not be responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend you return merchandise by insured mail. Please email devona@oliviahelen.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
